When Addison found out about the Lord of the Rings movie marathon and that Kent was going to be there to watch it, she was very excited.
“Oooh! It’s a sleepover! Without the sleeping! Can Jacob and I be there?”
Hannah assured her she had every right to. “It’s the common room.”
“What are you going to wear? You’re not gonna stay dressed up all night are you?”
At that, Hannah decided she would go for “something more comfortable” but be sure to stay as far from the mistake she made once before as possible. “Fuzzy onesie!”
“Bet!” Addison replied. “I’ll do the same!”
Hannah checked with Emma who said, “I got some sweatpants from the thrift shop. And I got that bathrobe I can wear over a tank top. Cozy and a li’le cute, I guess.”
Hannah had no doubt about the cute part. Emma could wear coveralls and look adorable.
Having planned the movie night in advance, Kent had packed clothes and left them in the dorm room that was assigned to Kent whenever he time-shifted. The plan was, when the three movies ended—they started at 6:00 p.m. and would take about 13 hours—he’d crash in the dorm and be ready by 4:00 when Addison’s “Pre-Christmas Party” was supposed to start.
