Today has been nice. Some clouds but enough sun to make the beach fun. It’s 78°F / 25.6°C (according to Hannah’s GoogleSheet).
Even though I’m not in this photo, Emma and Hannah decided I should post it. This will be on all our pages, so there’s no secrets here.
If you want to catch up on everything without going from profile to profile, check out our blogger page. Everything from all three profiles is there, so you can just read in order.
Emma, however, does want to type something:
I wanted t’ say I’m wearing Hannah’s bikini from before on account of Addison only having black and she thought it would be silly for me an’ her to match. Hannah had a spare, so I cinched up her red one. That’s all.
I (Merritt) think that captures a lot of how the trip went. I told them that I didn’t think it mattered. Hannah told me I was wrong.
To be honest, the day wasn’t really stressful. We had breakfast, packed a picnic for the beach, and packed up everything into Devon’s car.
Socially, the day worked out. You’ll have to take my word for it that Emma, Hannah, and I have that time-traveler connection that is really intense. But all five of us got along well. It was light-hearted mostly.
When it was time to go back to Brooklyn, Addison asked if someone would ride with her until we went different directions, so Emma did. On the ride back, Devon had an interesting remark.
“I guess I’m part of your story now. But, I don’t think I want to have an IG of my own.”
He went on to say he’d like to tell everyone a little about himself, and asked if I’d put that on my page. Of course I agreed. He went on to say that could be the norm.
It was then that he revealed that his associates degree had included what he called pre-engineering course. “If I get to college, I’ll look into engineering like you two. Assuming I ever get my social security card.”
Then, Hannah promised she’d talk to Will about a job for Devon. “Even if it is just making coffee as an Intern it would beat day work.”
And so, another plan was born.
